The present invention provides a DNA vaccine, which comprises a DNA construct comprising an expression vector which is expressible in a eukaryotic cell, and a nucleotide fragment which comprises a CTGF-encoding sequence and a HPV sequence selected from an E6-encoding sequence, an E7-encoding sequence, or a combination thereof.
