The present invention relates to a method for differentiating mesenchymal stem cells or adult stem cells into neural cells by treating a high-frequency electromagnetic field of 100 to 1500 mT and a low frequency of 0.01 to 100 Hz to mesenchymal stem cells or adult stem cells. The present invention also relates to a medical device to which the above method is applied. The method and composition for differentiating neurons using a magnetic field according to the present invention can differentiate neural cells or neural stem cells only by short-time electromagnetic field treatment by inducing differentiation of adult stem cells into neurons using a low-frequency high-intensity electromagnetic field .본 발명은 100 내지 1500mT의 고강도, 0.01 내지 100Hz의 저주파수 전자기장을 중간엽 줄기세포 또는 성체 줄기세포에 처리하여, 중간엽 줄기세포 또는 성체 줄기세포를 신경세포로 분화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 방법이 적용된 의료기기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 자기장을 이용한 신경세포 분화 방법 및 조성물은 저주파수의 고강도 전자기장을 이용하여 성체줄기세포를 신경세포로 분화 유도함으로써, 짧은 시간의 전자기장 처리만으로 신경세포나 신경줄기세포를 용이하게 분화시킬 수 있다.
