FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and veterinary science, namely to a targeted drug delivery into a living body. The object of the presented invention is simplifying the process of the targeted drug delivery into the malignant new growth and increasing the local drug delivery into the tumour.
