PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-shape insect-repelling deodorizer that can simultaneously and sufficiently achieve both effects of insect-repelling effect and deodorizing deodorizer effect.SOLUTION: The insect-repelling deodorizer comprises an ordinary-temperature volatilization insect-repellent, a deodorizing deodorizer that has a low compatibility with the ordinary-temperature volatilization insect-repellent and that is hardly volatile at ordinary temperature, and a solvent that dissolves both of the ordinary-temperature volatilization insect-repellent and the deodorizing deodorizer as a result, since the deodorizing deodorizer never adsorbs or decomposes the ordinary-temperature volatilization insect-repellent, there is no problem of significantly inhibiting the insect-repelling effect and both effects of insect-repelling effect and deodorizing deodorizer effect can be simultaneously and sufficiently achieved.
