The AD converter (14) analog/digital converts an output signal of the photodetector (12). The frequency analyzing unit (15) frequency-analyzes data converted by the AD converter (14). The adjusting unit (17) adjusts an amount of light emitted by the light emitter (10) based on the analysis result by the frequency analyzing unit (15).
