A medical connector device (130) is described for attachment to an associated percutaneous fluid access device (100) having a plurality of ports (120). The connector device (130) comprises a needle holder (134) holding a plurality of hollow needles (182) that is retained within an axial alignment channel defined by the connector device (130). The needle holder (134) can thus be translated back and forth along the axial alignment channel. The connector device (130) is for use with a percutaneous fluid access device (100) having an extracorporeal portion (106), one or more ports (120) accessible from the extracorporeal portion and a septum (122) for sealing each port. The apparatus may be used for neurosurgery applications.
