The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling an in-vivo implantable medical device. The system of the present invention comprises: an in-vivo implantable medical device implanted in a body to stimulate a specific part in a body； a management terminal for communicating with the in-vivo implantable medical device in a wireless communication scheme to control driving of the in-vivo implantable medical device； and a management server connected to communicate with the management terminal, analyzing patient condition information corresponding to each parameter for treating a disease of a patient, and providing analyzed information for the management terminal. The management server performs analysis by interworking the entire parameter included in the patient condition information with information on other patients having the same disease, and changes a method for adjusting stimulus applied to nerves on the basis of an analysis result. Therefore, stimulus applied to the specific part in the body is adjusted by interworking corresponding patient information with information on other patients having the same disease to further improve a treatment effect, and treatment is performed by a method verified through other patients to increase stability on treatment.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020체내 이식형 의료기기 제어시스템 및 그의 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 체내에 이식되어 체내의 특정 부위를 자극하는 체내 이식형 의료기기, 무선 통신 방식으로 상기 체내 이식형 의료기기와 통신을 수행하여 상기 체내 이식형 의료기기의 구동을 제어하는 관리단말 및 상기 관리단말과 통신 가능하게 연결되고 환자의 질병을 치료하기 위한 각 파라미터에 대응되는 환자의 상태 정보를 분석하고, 분석된 정보를 상기 관리단말에 제공하는 관리서버를 포함하고, 상기 관리서버는 상기 환자의 상태정보에 포함된 전체 파라미터와 동일한 질병을 가진 다른 환자의 정보와 연동해서 분석하며, 분석결과에 기초해서 신경에 가해지는 자극을 조절하는 방법을 변경하는 구성을 마련하여, 환자 본인의 정보 및 동일한 질병을 가진 다른 환자의 정보를 연동해서 체내의 특정 부위에 가해지는 자극을 조절하여 치료 효과를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있고, 다른 환자를 통해 검증된 방법으로 치료함으로써, 치료에 대한 안전성을 높일 수 있다.
