The invention provides an electric folding bed lifting-folding structure, comprising two vertical bedsteads, two outer bedsteads, two inner bedsteads, two electrical compression bars and a pin. The two outer bedsteads are pivoted to each other to form a bed surface. The two vertical bedsteads that are respectively pivoted to two ends of the bed surface are utilized to supportively contact ground surface by bottom ends thereof. The two outer bedsteads are in the form of being stridden between the two vertical bedsteads, and the two outer bedsteads can be pivoted and folded upwardly relative to the two vertical bedsteads to cause the two vertical bedsteads to approach each other by taking a common pivot region of the two outer bedsteads as a center point. The inner bedstead is disposed in the outer bedstead, and the inner bedstead is connectively pivoted to the outer bedstead with its one end which is far away from the vertical bedstead. The electrical compression bar disposed under the inner bedstead has one end pivoted to the vertical bedstead and the other end pivoted to the inner bedstead. Each of the inner and outer bedsteads has one side end configured with one pin hole which is allowable to be inserted by the pin, and the inner bedstead is capable of being fixed by the plugged pin, so that the electrical compression bar can drive the inner bedstead to link the outer bedstead and the vertical bedstead to collectively fold to each other.
