The present invention relates to a mat for preventing weeds. The mat of the present invention comprises: a sheet member which is impregnated with a colored granule by having a rectangular shape a floater fabric formed by coating a mixture of an organic solvent type resin which is contained in 15-40 % of total weight percentage by including a mixture or any one of a hydrophilic urethane resin and a hydrophilic acrylic resin, silica which is contained in 3-15 % of total weight percentage, a mixture or any one of oil, methanol, toluene, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, etc which is contained in 3-15 % of total weight percentage, and an organic solvent which is contained in 45-70 % of total weight percentage to be aligned with the bottom surface of the sheet member, to a synthetic fiber fabric, cotton and nylon by using a knife coating, comma coating and an adhesive layer which is formed between the sheet member and the floater fabric to integrate the sheet member and the floater fabric by being laminated, wherein natural loess which has a particle size of 0.02-0.05 mm formed as the same area and shape of the floater fabric in the lower side of the floater fabric.
