The invention relates to an oncolytic adenovirus comprising a sequence encoding a hyaluronidase enzyme inserted in its genome. This adenovirus is distributed more efficiently by the tumor mass and therefore the oncolytic effect is increased. Injecting the oncolytic adenovirus of the invention intravenously, regressions of the tumor volume are obtained. Therefore the oncolytic adenovirus of the present invention is useful for the treatment of cancer or a pre-malignant state thereof.La invención se refiere a un adenovirus oncolítico que comprende una secuencia que codifica una enzima hialuronidasa insertada en su genoma. Este adenovirus se distribuye más eficientemente por la masa tumoral y por consiguiente se aumenta el efecto oncolítico. Inyectando el adenovirus oncolítico de la invención endovenosamente se obtienen regresiones del volumen tumoral. Por lo tanto el adenovirus oncolítico de la presente invención es útil para el tratamiento del cáncer o de un estado pre-maligno del mismo.
