The invention relates to a method of enhancing microdialysis recovery of drugs by using ionic liquids, comprising adding ionic liquids to a microdialysis perfusate for enhancing recovery of lipophilic drugs. Accordingly, the invention can be used to detect amount of lipophilic drugs (e.g. antipsychotics) in patients blood changed with time for acting as the basis of dose adjustment, so as to increase the effectiveness of treatment and reduce the occurrence of side effects.本發明係有關於一種利用離子液體增加藥物微透析回收率之方法,其係於微透析灌流液中添加離子液體,以提升親脂性藥物回收率;藉此,本發明可應用於監測病人血液中親脂性藥物(如抗精神病藥物)隨著時間的變化量,作為劑量調整之依據,以增加病人的治療成效並減少副作用的發生率。
