An intervertebral implant is disclosed. The implant can be made of Titanium or alloys thereof. A kit of intervertebral implants can be included having different lordotic profiles or having no lordotic profile. The intervertebral implants of the kit have endplates with thicknesses suitable to prevent the titanium endplates from being too stiff. The intervertebral implants can have apertures that extend through the endplates, but sufficient surface area at the outer surfaces of the endplates to avoid subsidence into the respective vertebral body.La présente invention concerne un implant intervertébral. L'implant peut être en titane ou en alliages de celui-ci. Un kit d'implants intervertébraux peut être inclus, ledit kit ayant différents profils lordotiques ou n'ayant pas de profil lordotique. Les implants intervertébraux du kit ont des plaques d'extrémité ayant des épaisseurs appropriées pour empêcher les plaques d'extrémité en titane d'être trop rigides. Les implants intervertébraux peuvent avoir des ouvertures qui s'étendent à travers les plaques d'extrémité, tout en conservant une surface suffisante au niveau des surfaces externes des plaques d'extrémité pour éviter un affaissement dans le corps vertébral respectif.
