PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable ultrasonic imaging apparatus improved in a structure of a connecting part to a probe connector part.SOLUTION: A portable ultrasonic imaging apparatus includes: a body containing an electronic circuit constituting an ultrasonic imaging part a display panel provided on a first face of the body and a probe having a connector part electrically connected to the body. The body is provided with a projecting part formed on a second face opposite to the first face. The projecting part has a narrow part narrower than the width of the body and the maximum thickness equal to or larger than the thickness of the connector part. A probe connecting part to which the connector part is connected is formed on the narrow part of the projecting part. The connector part connected to the probe connecting part is located on the back of the first face without projecting from the body, so that there is no risk of colliding with people and an outside structure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】プローブコネクタ部との接続部の構造を改良した携帯型超音波撮像装置を提供する。【解決手段】携帯型超音波撮像装置は、超音波撮像部を構成する電子回路を内蔵した本体と、本体の第1の面に備えられた表示パネルと、本体に電気的に接続されるコネクタ部を有するプローブとを備えており、本体は、第1の面と対向する第2の面に凸状部が形成されている。凸状部は、本体の幅よりも幅が狭い幅狭部を有し且つ最大厚みがコネクタ部の厚みと同じかそれ以上である。凸状部の幅狭部に、コネクタ部が接続されるプローブ接続部が形成されている。このプローブ接続部に接続されたコネクタ部は、本体から突出することなく第1の面の裏側に位置することになり、人や外部の構造物と衝突するおそれがない。【選択図】図22
