PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification device for a white stick having a novel structure in which a vibration power generating device and notification means can be easily attached to/detached from not only a novel white stick body but also an existing white stick body, and a white stick with notification device using the same.SOLUTION: A notification device 14 for a white stick in which vibration power generating devices 22a, 22b and notification means 58, 58 are attached to an attachment member 42, and a white stick 10 with a notification device in which the device 14 for the white stick is attached to a white stick body 12. The notification device 14 for the white stick comprises: a body part 50 in which the attachment member 42 extends in a peripheral direction to have an opening 54 and a fixing part 52 incorporated to the body part 50 across the opening 54. By laterally inserting the white stick body 12 into the body part 50 through the opening 54 to cover the opening 54 with the fixing part 52, the attachment member 42 is fixedly attached to the white stick body 12 in an extrapolating manner, and the vibration power generating devices 22a, 22b and the notification means 58, 58 are all attached to the body part 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
