In order to stably detect biological information such as the heartbeat, respiration, and pulse waves of a living organism, a biological information detection system (10) that detects biological information comprises: a transmission antenna (11) arranged on one side of the living organism and irradiating radio waves of prescribed polarized waves on to the living organism； a reception antenna (12) arranged on the other side of the living organism and receiving transmitted waves being polarized waves orthogonal to the radio waves of prescribed polarized waves in a step in which same are transmitted through the living organism； and a detection unit (15) that detects biological information on the basis of the transmitted waves received by the reception antenna (12).Afin de détecter des informations biologiques de manière stable, telles que le rythme cardiaque, la respiration et les ondes de pouls d'un organisme vivant, l'invention concerne un système de détection d'informations biologiques (10) qui détecte des informations biologiques, comprenant : une antenne de transmission (11) agencée sur un côté de l'organisme vivant et émettant des ondes radio d'ondes polarisées prescrites sur l'organisme vivant； une antenne de réception (12) agencée sur l'autre côté de l'organisme vivant et recevant des ondes émises qui sont des ondes polarisées orthogonales aux ondes radio d'ondes polarisées prescrites dans une étape dans laquelle celles-ci sont émises à travers l'organisme vivant； et une unité de détection (15) qui détecte des informations biologiques sur la base des ondes émises reçues par l'antenne de réception (12).生体の心拍、呼吸、脈波などの生体情報を安定して検出するため、生体情報を検知する生体情報検知システム（１０）は、生体の一方側に配置され、所定の偏波の電波を生体に照射する送信アンテナ（１１）と、生体の他方側に配置され、生体の体内を透過する過程において所定の偏波の電波と直交する偏波となった透過波を受信する受信アンテナ（１２）と、受信アンテナ（１２）が受信した透過波に基づいて、生体情報を検知する検知部（１５）と、を備える。
