PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system of treating a duct carcinoma or the like capable of completely curing a duct carcinoma or the like conventionally regarded as an untreatable disease.SOLUTION: A heat receiver and generator 12 is embedded in the vicinity of the lesion of a cancer or the like within a patient's body and a far infrared ray or a radio wave terahertz (THz) is applied from energy generating devices 16, 17, and 18 provided outside the patient's body to heat the heat receiver and generator 12 to totally destroy the cancer cells of a duct carcinoma 11. The treatment system comprises a top actuator 27 for cooling the vicinity of the head, a knee back LED irradiator 68, and the like to lessen a pain caused by heating and calm the patient's brain to improve immune strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8【課題】従来治療不可能とされた導管がん等を完治させることが可能ながん等治療方法および装置を提供する。【解決手段】患者体内のがん等の病巣付近に、受発熱体１２を埋め込み、身体外に設けたエネルギ発生装置１６，１７，１８から遠赤外線やラジオ波テラヘルツ（THz）などを与えることで受発熱体１２を加熱し、導管がん１１のがん細胞を壊滅させる。また、治療装置には、頭部付近を冷却するトップアクチュエータ２７、ひざ裏ＬＥＤ照射装置６８等を設け、加熱の苦痛を和らげ、患者の脳を落ち着かせて免疫力を向上させる。【選択図】図８
