The present invention relates to a high moisture cosmetic composition with color and high content of pearls using high density lipid network and to a preparing method thereof. The composition of the present invention has stable aqueous active components and stable useful active components in a lipid liquid crystal which is a multi-layered lamellar structure consisting of a water layer, an oil layer, a water layer and an oil layer and has a structure and a component similar to a cell lipid of stratum corneum, increasing miscibility with skin by facilitating the percutaneous absorption of aqueous active components and useful active components with fine particles and doubling efficiency of active components when put on skin. The lipid liquid crystal has a structure and a component similar to a cell lipid of stratum corneum wherein the lipid liquid crystal structure increases skin moisturizing by restoring skin barrier and improves the visual effect of having a distinct appearance by materializing beautiful colors and pearls depending on angles and light source.본 발명은 고밀도 지질 네트워크를 이용하여 색상과 펄감을 구현한 고보습 화장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 리피드 액정 내에 수용성 활성성분 및 유용성 활성성분이 안정화되고, 상기 리피드 액정이 물층-오일층-물층-오일층 단위로 이루어진 다중층의 라멜라 구조로서, 피부각질층의 세포간지질과 유사한 구조 및 조성을 가지므로, 그 입자크기가 미세하여 수용성 활성성분 및 유용성 활성성분의 경피흡수를 촉진하여 피부와의 혼화성을 향상시키고, 피부로 전달시에 활성성분의 효능을 배가시킬 수 있다. 또한 피부각질층의 세포간지질과 유사한 구조 및 조성을 가지는 리피드 액정 구조가 피부 장벽 복원에 도움을 주어 피부 보습력을 향상시키고, 특히 보는 각도와 광원에 따라 화려한 색상과 펄감을 구현함으로써, 외관적 차별성을 두어 시각적 효과를 높일 수 있다.
