PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address the problem that conventionally, hydrogen could not be efficiently absorbed by the human body because it was not possible to control the generation of hydrogen, by providing a hydrogen containing substance which allows the easy absorption of hydrogen into the human body.SOLUTION: A porous silica or coral calcium is mixed with γ-polyglutamic acid, tableted and solidified.
