PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ophthalmology drugs that are applied to the eyes by intravitreous infusion, and to provide pharmaceutical preparations comprising a delivery agent of liposome enabling ophthalmic topical application of the intravitreous drug.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an aqueous preparation containing thermodynamically stable autoplasty liposome formed from an anti-angiogenic medicine and PEG lipid, the weight percentage of the lipid being less than about 20 wt.%. The present invention provides an anti-angiogenic compound, such as a monoclonal antibody or a fragment thereof, which is a vascular endothelial growth factor binder inhibiting the work of VEGF, e.g. what is selected from ranibizumab, and a pharmaceutical preparation comprising a delivery agent selected from pharmaceutically acceptable liposomes.
