The present invention provides an antigen-specific T cell-specific proliferation promoter cultured in vitro, which contains mucin as an active ingredient. The proliferation promoter of the present invention selectively promotes the proliferation of T cells exhibiting specificity for the antigen by in vitro culture while stimulating the immune cells collected from the patient with the antigen in the presence thereof. As a result, a large amount of antigen-specific T cells required for immunotherapy of intractable diseases such as malignant tumors can be prepared in a short time.本発明は、ムチンを有効成分とする、インビトロで培養される抗原特異的Ｔ細胞特異的な増殖促進剤を提供する。本発明の増殖促進剤は、その存在下で患者から採取された免疫細胞を抗原で刺激しながらインビトロ培養することにより、当該抗原に対して特異性を示すＴ細胞の増殖を選択的に促進させることができ、その結果、悪性腫瘍等の難治性疾患の免疫治療に必要とされる大量の抗原特異的Ｔ細胞を短時間のうちに調製することが可能となる。
