The present invention provides a system for analyzing a concentration based on facial data and a method thereof, which calibrate multiple sample pupil coordinates obtained by processing an image (facial data) of a user viewing a terminal screen in order to view a text, a picture or a video for online education, divide an image analysis region into a maximum concentration region, a concentration region and a non-concentration region and analyze a concentration by determining whether the multiple pupil coordinates obtained after the calibration step belong to which region among multiple regions, thereby enabling attendance attitude of the corresponding user.
