A drum body 110 of a raft scraping portion 100 has side plates 111L and 111R and a raft receiving portion 112 fixed to the side plates 111L and 111R. Each of the rod-shaped members 112a to 112c extends along the left-right direction, and both ends thereof are fixed to the side plates 111L and 111R.
