According to an embodiment of the present invention, a smart diffuser includes: a body unit in a cylindrical shape； a fragrance diffusing unit which is formed in the body unit, absorbs outside air, allows fragrances to flow therethrough, discharges fragrances, and has neckband type earphones including an internal air flow path mounted on a storage groove； a communication unit communicating with a user terminal； a sensing unit sensing at least one of the temperature, humidity, gas, and brightness in the surroundings； and a control unit which variably controls the output of the fragrance diffusing unit in accordance with the sensing information created in a sensing operation of the sensing unit, absorbs the outside air when the neckband type earphones are mounted on the storage groove, and allows the air to be sprayed along the outer surface of the neckband type earphones.
