The present specification relates to, in one aspect, a moisturizing composition containing post-fermented tea ketone extract as an active ingredient, and, in another aspect, to a moisturizing composition containing 3-O-galloyl-3,3',5,5',7-pentahydroxyflavan isolated from the post-fermented tea ketone extract, or an isomer, acceptable salt, prodrug, hydrate or solvate thereof as an active ingredient.
