A method and kit for inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells are disclosed, based on a combination of a proteasome inhibitor and a telomerase inhibitor. When used in cancer therapy, the two compounds in combination enhance the anti-cancer treatment efficacy obtained with the proteasome inhibitor alone or the telomerase inhibitor alone. Preferably, efficacy is supraadditive or synergistic in nature relative to the combined effects of the individual agents, with minimal exacerbation of side effects.La présente invention concerne un procédé et un kit pour inhiber la prolifération de cellules cancéreuses, sur la base dune combinaison formée par un inhibiteur de protéasome et un inhibiteur de télomérase. Lorsquils sont utilisés dans le cadre dune thérapie anticancéreuse, les deux composés combinés améliorent lefficacité de traitement anticancéreux obtenue avec linhibiteur de protéasome seul ou avec linhibiteur de télomérase seul. Lefficacité est de préférence supraadditive ou synergique par nature par rapport aux effets combinés des agents individuels, avec une exacerbation minimale des effets secondaires.
