The present invention relates to antibodies that specifically bind to an epitope in the N-terminal portion (1-79) of tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI). An antibody according to the present invention may be able to neutralize TFPI inhibition of the TF / FVIIa complex even in the presence of high levels of TFPI. These antibodies may find use in the treatment of subjects with clotting disorders such as type A or B hemophilia with or without inhibitors.本発明は、組織因子経路インヒビター(TFPI)のN末端部分(1～79)にあるエピトープに特異的に結合する抗体に関する。本発明による抗体は、高レベルのTFPIの存在下でも、TF/FVIIa複合体のTFPI阻害を中和できる場合がある。これらの抗体は、インヒビター保有又は非保有のA又はB型血友病などの凝血障害の対象の治療において用途を見出すことができる。
