PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a slit-containing tube in which a slit can smoothly be opened even if a lumen is in a negative pressure.SOLUTION: A production method of a slit-containing tube 10 is provided that has a slit 13 in the vicinity of a filling portion 12 of a flexible tube 11 having the filling portion 12 in a tip 11a. An outer diameter d of the flexible tube 11 is 0.5 mm or more and 1.5 mm or less, and a thickness t of an outer wall of the flexible tube 11 is 0.1 mm or more and 0.8 mm or less.
