The additional layer includes at least a first and a second individual portion located along the longitudinal direction. At least the first and second separate portions are spaced apart along the longitudinal direction. The portions are constructed from the same base sheet material and the first portion at least partially defines an opening therein having an opening inner edge. The second portion is shaped to at least partially fit within the opening, along its peripheral edge. The second part is a shape complementary to the opening shape.
