PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual line state determination device capable of accurately determining whether a drivers visual line state is either a central vision state or a peripheral vision state.SOLUTION: A visual line state determination device 1 comprises: a driver monitoring camera 2 which captures images including each one of the right and left eyes of a driver an eyeball rotational angle data acquisition unit 41 which acquires eyeball rotational angle data on each of the right and left eyes on the basis of the captured images and a visual line state determination unit 45 which determines the drivers visual line state on the basis of an eyeball rotational angle histogram obtained from the eyeball rotational angle data of each of the right and left eyes.
