The present invention relates to an underground plant cultivation facility capable of cultivating various plants, regardless of the weather, natural environment, and location, by being installed under the ground. According to an aspect of the present invention, the underground plant cultivation facility includes: a cultivation tunnel； an agricultural water supply unit supplying agricultural water； a plurality of cultivation trays provided with a plant planting portion； a plurality of door units provided with a door drive unit and a door movably installed inside the cultivation tunnel； and lighting units installed in the cultivation tunnel. The cultivation tunnel is buried under the ground such that hollow blocks provided with internal block passages are connected in order. An input portion open to the outside is provided at one end of the cultivation tunnel. A discharge portion open to the outside is provided at the other end of the cultivation tunnel. A growth space where the agricultural water can be accommodated is formed between the input and discharge portions. The growth space is partitioned into cultivation sectors.
