PURPOSE: A functional environment-friendly waste heat recovery device is provided to improve the productivity of far-infrared rays and anion radiated from a heating device. CONSTITUTION: A functional environment-friendly waste heat recovery device comprises a body(400), a burner(300), a heat exchanging pipe unit(280), a plurality of blowers(210), a combustion gas inlet, a waste recovery pipe, a dust collecting chamber, and a combustion gas outlet. A connection pipe is connected to the lower part of the blower to be communicated with an outlet of an end portion of a heat exchange pipe unit so that combustion gas flows in. The waste recovery pipe includes a distribution chamber, and inner outer radiating groove in inside or in outside. The combustion gas outlet is connected to the dust collecting chamber, thereby discharging the combustion gas. 본 발명은 주로 시설원예용, 축사 등에로 사용되는 온풍난방기의 폐열회수장치의 난방기에서 발생이 되는 고온의 배출 연소가스를 회수할 수 있도록 하되 식물에 유익하고 작업자에게도 효과는 있는 음이온, 원적외선 등을 방출하도록 하여 더운 공기와 함께 분사되도록 함으로써 시설원예에 더운 공기와 함께 방출하도록 한 기능성 친환경 폐열회수장치에 관한 것이다.
