The pump (30) has a core (32) configured to extend longitudinally along an axis from the pump. A restriction device limits the longitudinal extension of the core to a predetermined maximum length. A dilatable bladder (4) is fixed in a support in a middle position to receive a fluid. An envelope (34) contains the bladder and a portion of the core of the support. The bladder is made of silicone or another polymer type material. The core includes two parts (1, 3) that are configured to slide longitudinally with each other. A connector (2) connects the parts of the core.
