The present invention relates to an abutment and a connection screw used in a dental implant system, comprising a circular truncated cone-shaped connection part inside where the head part of a connection screw is circular truncated cone-shape. In the present invention, a torque is pressurized, when assembling an implant system, thereby enabling the circular truncated cone-shaped head part of the connection screw to be inserted in the circular truncated cone-shaped connection part and accordingly improving fatigue fracture of the abutment and the release of the connection.치아 임플랜트 시스템에 사용되는 어버트먼트와 체결나사에 있어서, 어버트먼트 내부에 원뿔대 형상의 체결부를 갖추고, 체결나사의 머리부도 원뿔대 형상을 갖도록 한다. 임플랜트 시스템을 조립할 때에 체결나사에 토크를 주면 체결나사의 원뿔대 형상의 머리부가 어버트먼트 내부의 원뿔대 형상의 체결부에 끼어 들어가게 되므로 어버트먼트의 피로 파절 현상과 체결나사 풀림 현상을 개선할 수 있다.
