Le cylindre (2) est muni dune formation de cylindre (27) correspondante qui vient consécutivement en prise avec des formations de piston successives parmi les formations de piston (33). La seringue (1) est agencée de façon à passer dun premier état dans lequel la formation de cylindre (27) vient successivement en prise avec les formations de piston (33) pendant un déplacement coulissant du piston (3) à lintérieur du cylindre (2), à un second état dans lequel la formation de cylindre (27) est maintenue dans une position espacée de la partie de piston comprenant les formations de piston (33).
