A manufacturing method of red ginseng using an oven of the present invention comprises: a process of performing a steaming mode for steaming fresh ginseng as periodically spraying steam in accordance with the set spraying cycle under the set condition of steaming temperature； and a process of drying the steamed ginseng as performing a drying mode under the set condition of drying temperature when terminating the steaming mode.본 발명의 오븐을 이용한 홍삼 제조 방법은, 기 설정된 증숙 온도 조건에서 기 설정된 분사 주기에 따라 스팀을 주기적 분사하면서 수삼을 증숙시키는 증숙 모드를 실행하는 과정과, 상기 증숙 모드가 종료될 때 기 설정된 건조 온도 조건에서 건조 모드를 실행하여 증숙된 삼을 건조시키는 과정을 포함할 수 있다.
