A mixing method capable of increasing goat milk promotion is disclosed. In view of cow milk provided with savory and mellow smell and contents of folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 better than the goat milk, the goat milk and the cow milk are stirred and mixed at a fixed proportion after being processed by a high temperature sterilization treatment, thus to cover the offensive smell of the goat milk product and to provide the goat milk with supplement nutrient components of the cow milk that cannot be found in conventional goat milks. Accordingly, the acceptance of the goat milk product by the public can be increased, thereby attaining efficacies of facilitating the marketing of goat milk dairy husbandry and promoting industrial development of goat milk products.一種提升羊乳推廣之混和方法,由於牛奶具有味道較香醇,葉酸及維他命B6、B12較羊乳含量為高,經由將生牛乳與生羊乳進行高溫殺菌處理過後,兩者依固定比例進行攪拌混合,使成品羊乳之腥羶味被覆蓋,且藉由牛奶本身具有之營養成分補足羊乳所缺乏者,進而達到擴大羊乳產品為一般民眾之接受率,促進羊乳酪農通路順暢,帶動產業發展之功效。
