PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION BASED ON MATRICARIA RECUTITA L.FAM ASTERACEAE, HYDROQUINONE, FLUOCINOLONE ACETONIDE AND TRETINOIN FOR TREATING HYPERCHROMIC SPOTS ON THE SKIN.
The present invention describes a pharmaceutical composition, which consists of a natural extract of Matricaria recutita L. Asteraceae family with hydroquinone, tretinoin, and fluocinolone acetonide which may be used for fading or removing hyperchromic spots on the skin, post-inflammatory pigmentation, sun spots, senile lentigo, melanotic freckles, and for the melasma and chloasma maintenance treatment for whitening the dark colour of the skin. 1. The present invention describes a pharmaceutical composition, which consists of a natural extract of Matricaria recutita L. Asteraceae family, in amounts varying from 10% to 50%, magnesium and aluminium silicate in amounts of 2% to 5%, corboxymethylcellulose in amounts of 0.01% to 5%, benzyl alcohol pure NF in amounts of 0.01% to 1.0%, cetyl alcohol in amounts of 1.0% to 10%, stearyl alcohol in amounts of 1.0% to 10%, stearic acid in amount of 1.0% to 10%, methylparaben in amounts of 0.01% to 1.0%, propylparaben in amounts of 0.01% tom 1.0%, glycerine in amounts of 1.0% to 10%, tretinoin in amounts of 0.01% to 1.0%, fluocinolone acetonide in amounts of 0.001% to 0.01%, citric acid in amounts of 0.01% to 0.1%, hydroquinone in amounts of 1.0% to 10%, sodium metabisulfite in amounts of 0.1% to 1.0%, anionic polymer in amounts of 5.0% to 25.0%, sodium lauryl sulphate in amounts of 1.0% to 15.0% and purified water in amounts of 10.0% to 50.0%. The aforementioned pharmaceutical composition may be used for fading and removing hyperchromic spots on the skin, post-inflammatory pigmentation, sun spots, senile lentigo, melanotic freckles, and for the melasma and chloasma maintenance treatment for whitening the dark colour of the skin. 2.
