A physiological monitoring device includes a conducting plate, a circuit board, a paster plate, and an information collector. The conducting plate is configured to fit to a detected position, to detect physiological information. The circuit board is fit to the conducting plate, and is electrically coupled to the conducting plate. The paster plate is fit to the circuit board, and is electronically coupled to two terminal of the circuit board. The information collector is detachably fit to the paster plate, and is electronically coupled to two terminal of the circuit board.
