PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fish meat of tuna having ordinary muscle whose change of color tone after processing goes with change of fleshness.

SOLUTION: Feed for tuna is formulated with capsicum and/or capsicum components. The formulated capsicum and/or capsicum components have action of delaying change of color tone after processing of ordinary muscle of tuna which ingests the feed than change of color tone after processing of ordinary muscle of cultured or cultivated tuna which ingests feed without containing the components. The capsicum and/or capsicum components contain capsaicin. A method for culturing tuna using the feed, or a method for suppressing fading of ordinary muscle of tuna to adjust fish meat of tuna from cultured tuna are each provided. Fish of tuna species (Thunnus) cultured by the method, and fish meat of fish of tuna species (Thunnus) adjusted by the method are each provided.
