The present invention relates to a waist protector, and provides a waist protector, comprising a first tightening belt which has a waist press part formed at the center in a length direction and winds to tighten the waist； and a second tightening belt fixed to the first tightening belt while the waist press part is interposed between the first tightening belt and the second tightening belt, and minutely controls the pressure applied to the waist, wherein the waist protector further comprises: a guide boss fixed to the center of the waist press part having screw threads formed on an inner diameter thereof； a height adjustment stand coupled with the guide boss to be height-adjustable, wherein a plurality of disc type protrusions are formed on an external surface of an upper part thereof, thereby forming a plurality of fixing grooves； a plurality of elastic plates to apply elastic pressure to the waist of a user while one end of each of the elastic plates is fixed to the waist press part and the other end thereof is inserted into the fixing groove； elastic bands fixed above and below in a horizontal direction with the guide boss therebetween； and a fixing support arranged above and below at the right and left sides of the guide boss, wherein the center part of the fixing support is formed of a non-elastic fiber and sewed on to the waist press part, and both ends passing over the elastic bands to constitute free ends in a non-fixed state.
