Invention herewith described refers to the therapy with cross-linked immunoglobulins - atherosclerosis in different indications, immunological tolerance and protective immunity i.e. to the use of immunoglobulin (Ig) reactive with other immobilized Ig-molecules in the passive therapy in indications such as atherosclerosis, various inflammatory diseases, weakened immune tolerance and protective immunity, here identified as cross-linked Ig (ConIg). The invention relates to Conlg containing IgG (97%) and the traces of IgM and IgA, here identified as ConlgG. In other case the Conlg depending on the procedure can contain different percentage of IgG, IgM and IgA isotopes, in the range of 22% - 67% i.e. 12% - 28% i.e. 20% - 51%, here identified as ConlgGMA. However, all preparations show a higher IgG2/IgGl ratio of the antibodies contrary to the normal human serum (NHS) and the commercial intravenous Ig-s (IVIG). The IgM antibodies present in ConlgGMA efficiently bind oxidatively modified low density lipoproteins (oxLDL), and this binding is partially inhibited with phosphorylcholine (PC)-BSA conjugate, one common hapten for oxLDL and the apoptotic cells (AC), which indicates its atheroprotective feature. Therefore Conlg-or can also have positive effect in autoimmune diseases with frequent atherosclerosis and coronary artery diseases (CAD), such as antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and in HIV-infected patients after antiretroviral therapy.Predmetni pronalazak se odnosi na korišćenje imunoglobulina (Ig) reaktivnih sa dragim imobilisanim Ig-skim molekulama u pasivnoj terapiji u indikacijama kao što je ateroskleroza, različite inflamatorne bolesti, oslabljena imunološka tolerancija i protektivni imunitet, ovde označeni kao umreženi Ig (ConIg).
