The present disclosure provides a smart hospital bed and ward safety care system thereof. The smart hospital bed comprise a main body, a height indicating module, a lighting module, a wireless module, a pressure sensing module and a control unit. The height indicating module is disposed on the main body, and indicates a height of the main body. The lighting module is disposed on the main body. The wireless module transmits information. The pressure sensing module is disposed on the main body for detecting a pressure signal. The control unit connects to and controls the main body, the height indicating module, the light module, the wireless module, and the pressure sensing module.
