Modular extractor device (1) for removing bone cement from a bone cavity (C) comprising an elongated body (2) that has an axis of central symmetry (X X) a proximal end (2a) arranged during use at the opening of the bone cavity (C) and a distal end (2b) arranged during use at the innermost part of the bone cavity (C) wherein said elongated body (2) is at least partially internally hollow and is adapted to be inserted in said bone cavity (C) filled with bone cement wherein said elongated body (2) comprises a plurality of rigid elements (3 3a 3b 3c) coaxial to the axis (X X) of said elongated body (2) at least partially hollow and anchored together or one to the next wherein at least two adjacent and successive rigid elements (3 3a 3b 3c) comprise a first main section (6) a second main section (7) and a flange (8) so that a main section (6 7) of at least one rigid element (3 3a 3b 3c) of the at least two rigid elements (3 3a 3b 3c) is inserted and held in position in a main section (6 7) of the other rigid element (3 3a 3b 3c) of the at least two rigid elements (3 3a 3b 3c).
