One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a hollow type DNA structure comprising: (a) a step of manufacturing a porous DNA structure by the rolling-circle amplification of circular DNA； and (b) a step of manufacturing a hollow type DNA by making the porous DNA structure react with positive ionic particles. According to the present invention, the reproducibility of the method can be increased.본 발명의 일 실시예는 (a) 환형 DNA를 회전원형증폭하여 다공성 DNA 구조체를 제조하는 단계； 및 (b) 상기 다공성 DNA 구조체를 양이온성 입자와 반응시켜 중공형 DNA 구조체를 제조하는 단계；를 포함하는, 중공형 DNA 구조체의 제조방법을 제공한다.
