Peripheral vein indwelling needle is the most commonly used device during hospitalization.However, there is a lack of equipment to strengthen the fixation of intravenous indwelling needle.When the protective membrane is wet with water, it will lead to the loosening of the intravenous indwelling needle.So it increases the chance of open wound infection.It also leads to the inconvenience of bathing for patients with intravenous indwelling needle.So we use Newton's third law, devil's felt principle and Taiwan's national average arm circumference of 22-23 cm to create our work "forearm vein needle covered waterproof bathing suit".Reduce the probability of infection due to loosening of intravenous indwelling needle.Furthermore, it can reduce the work hours and the cost of medical treatment caused by the replacement of dropped intravenous indwelling needle.周邊靜脈留置針是病患住院期間最常使用的設備，但目前卻缺乏加強靜脈留置針固定的設備，且臨床上的保護膜遇水沾濕後即會導致靜脈留置針鬆脫，因而增加病人開放式傷口感染的機會，也導致存有靜脈留置針的病人洗澡之不便，所以本組利用牛頓第三定律與魔鬼氈原理及依據台灣國民平均臂圍22-23公分來創作出本組作品「前臂靜脈針包覆防水洗澡套」，降低因靜脈留置針鬆脫而造成感染的機率，進而減少醫護人員更換脫落的靜脈留置針導致工作時數增加和醫療成本的耗費。
