PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management support device that gives a user a larger incentive to continuously improve his or her lifestyle.SOLUTION: A health management support device includes at least a self-management information acquisition part 18, a goal achievement rate generation part 19, and a physical management database 20. The self-management information acquisition part 18 acquires daily self-management information on the weight, the number of steps taken, etc., and the physical management database 20 stores at least a weight reduction goal value and physical information.
