PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing shutter device of a fertilizer dropping port of a fertilizer which is configured to automatically and simultaneously perform control operation of turning on/off a clutch of a PTO (power take-off) shaft and control operation of opening and closing a dropping port of a fertilizer in association with each other.SOLUTION: A detector K for the number of revolutions is installed at a rotating operation portion of a fertilizer. When the detector K for the number of revolutions detects a prescribed number or more of revolutions adapted to the operation of the rotating operation portion, an electric motor M is operated to the side of normal rotation so that a shutter plate s is opened.
