The present invention relates to a method for producing an extracellular matrix mimicking fluid and to a cosmetic composition comprising the same. More specifically, the present relates to a method for producing an extracellular matrix mimicking fluid which is a human body liquid containing ingredients of the extracellular matrix, and to a cosmetic composition comprising the extracellular matrix mimicking fluid which was produced to improve a skin barrier function. According to the present invention, producing the extracellular matrix mimicking fluid containing lots of ingredients of the extracellular matrix is possible by culturing stem cells in a serum-free medium into which serum additives are added instead of a bovine fatal serum when culturing the stem cells. Also, the cosmetic composition comprising the extracellular matrix mimicking fluid recovers the skin barrier function, and reduces an amount of transepidermal moisture evaporation, thereby moisturizing the skin.본 발명은 세포외기질 모사수의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 세포외기질 성분을 함유하는 인체 체액인 세포외기질 모사수의 제조방법 및 그 제조된 세포외기질 모사수를 함유하는 피부 장벽 개선을 위한 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 줄기세포 배양에 있어 우태아혈청을 대신하여 혈청 대체제를 첨가한 무혈청배지에서 배양함으로써 다량의 세포외기질 성분들이 함유된 세포외기질 모사수를 제조할 수 있으며, 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물을 이용하여 손상된 피부 장벽능을 회복시키고 경피수분증발량을 감소시킴으로써 피부보습효과를 나타낼 수 있다.
