The manufacture of a gel based on chitosan extracted from shrimp shells results from the need to treat healing and regeneration problems of the skin caused by wounds or burns, the healing gel based on chitosan having a concentration of 10.30% of active ingredient, 9.7% w/w of alcohol (w/w ratio concentration), 40% w/w of triethalonamine and 50% w/w of carbomer. The invention shows a healing effect of 67%, having several characteristics that turn it into an ideal product for the formation of dressings, materials intended to be applied over wounds for protecting, regenerating and helping skin to heal, which are useful in the treatment of burns. The invention is biologically adhered to human skin and the chitosan gel being particularly used as a dermoregenerative or dermo healing treatment in people with diabetes. In addition, this project offers as benefits, the possibility of launching a new option of moisturizing gel with a natural-origin active ingredient, with the capacity of healin g and regenerating wounds and burns, mainly in the skin of diabetic people, also offering the reconversion of a biological product into an innovative product with a high added value and the solution of an environmental problem due to the recovery of the shrimp wastes discarded into the environment.La presente invención se refiere a un método para fabricar un gel dermatológicamente aceptable que consiste de: a) 40% p/p Trietanolamina b) 50% p/p Carbopol c) 9.7% p/p Alcohol. En donde a), b) y c) se mezclan por agitación a 300 rpm durante 15 minutos a temperatura ambiente, ii) Incorporar el quitosano grado farmacéutico 0.3% p/p a la mezcla del vehículo farmacológicamente aceptable del paso i), y mezclar por agitación a 300 rpm durante 15 minutos a temperatura ambiente".
