The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing intravascular wastes, and relates to the apparatus for removing intravascular wastes for detecting a resonance frequency such as a unique vibration frequency of wastes using a frequency oscillator, and removing intravascular wastes with a excitation frequency having the detected resonance frequency. The apparatus for removing wastes within a blood vessel and a tissue surrounding a blood vessel comprises: a control part for controlling a frequency applied to a target； a frequency oscillator for generating a frequency selected in the control part； and a computation part for computing a relative amplitude ratio between the frequency generated by the frequency oscillator and the frequency reflected after reaching the target. The present invention removes wastes by detecting a resonance frequency such as a unique vibration frequency of wastes using the frequency oscillator, and applying the resonance frequency to a blood vessel and a tissue surrounding a blood vessel, and thereby, having an advantage of efficiently removing wastes within the blood vessel without applying a surgical treatment method that may induce serious side effects. [Reference numerals] (10) Frequency oscillator； (20) Calculation unit； (30) Control unit； (AA) Initial setting unit； (BB) condition setting unit； (CC) Variable frequency oscillator； (DD) Oscillation amplifier； (EE) Reception amplifier； (FF) Blood vessel waste본 발명은 혈관 내 노폐물 제거장치에 관한 것으로, 주파수 발진기를 이용하여 노폐물의 고유진동수와 같은 공진주파수를 탐색하고, 탐색된 공진주파수로 가진하여 혈관 내 노폐물을 제거하는 장치에 관한 것이다.상기 혈관 및 혈관주변조직 노폐물 제거 장치는 목적 대상에 가진 되는 주파수를 제어하기 위한 제어부； 상기 제어부에서 설정된 주파수를 발생시키는 주파수 발진기； 및 상기 주파수 발진기에서 발진된 주파수와 목적 대상에 도달한 후 반사되어 나오는 주파수의 상대 진폭비를 산출하기 위한 산출부를 포함한다.본 발명에 따르면, 주파수 발진기를 이용하여 노폐물의 고유진동수와 같은 공진주파수를 탐색하고, 탐색된 공진주파수로 혈관 및 혈관주변 조직에 가진하여 노폐물을 제거함으로써 심각한 부작용을 초래할 수 있는 수술적인 치료방법을 적용하지 않고도 혈관 내 노폐물을 효율적으로 제거할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
